CONTINGENCY MANAGEMENT AT PLYMOUTH HOUSING EVALUATION

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Plymouth Housing is an organization located in King County, WA that provides housing to those that are in need. This project is an evaluation of their on-site Contingency Management program to assess the possible benefits and challenges associated with delivering Contingency Management to residents at a housing facility. Activities include surveying Plymouth housing residents before and after receiving Contingency Management on their wellbeing, and opinions on the intervention, and assessing the effectiveness. Funded by the Washington State Healthcare Authority.

WHOLE-PERSON HEALTH HOME EVALUATION

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Four-year evaluation of the Whole-Person Health Home, a SAMHSA-funded Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), which provides integrated behavioral health care to teens, adults, and veterans experiencing homelessness, at high-risk of becoming homeless, and meeting the federal definition of chronically homeless in Spokane County, Washington. Funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
